Dark Chocolate truffle
Ingredients
- 250g 70% chocolate
- 250ml cream
- 50g butter
- 2 tsp Yellow Spot whiskey
- 50g cocoa powder
Instructions
Make sure your chocolate is in small pieces. Heat cream and butter in a saucepan over medium hot heat. Remove when the butter has melted and the cream is shivering (before it boils). Add to chocolate and stir until smooth, add the Yellow Spot whiskey and cool. The mixture is ready to use when you can make a ball of chocolate with your hands. To finish, roll the truffle in cocoa powder.
