  • 1 Irish apple
  • 1 black pudding
  • 2 tbsp brown muscavado sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

Quarter your apple, remove the core and slice across the quarters into thin triangles. Slice your pudding into 1cm rounds. Get a medium heat under your pan, add butter and cook your pudding on both sides until golden brown, keep pudding to the side. Put the same pan (don't wash it) over a high heat. Add sugar, butter and water, boil quickly and add your apple, bring back to the boil and set aside. Arrange the apple on top of your black pudding and enjoy every bite.
