Ingredients
- 50ml Green Spot
- 80ml Jasmine tea *
- 10ml Rosehip syrup
- 2.5 mls of citric acid solution **
Instructions
- Stir over ice and serve straight up in a chilled coupe glass, garnish with rose petals.
- * Pour 150g of boiling water over 1.5 tablespoons of jasmine tea. Infuse for 5 mins and then top with 350g of cold water. Infuse for a further 15-20mins and then strain. Place in the fridge to chill.
