Ingredients
- 35ml Green Spot
- 25ml Apple/Mint Syrup*
- 5ml Malic Acid Solution
- Soda Water
Instructions
- Pour the Green Spot, apple/mint syrup and malic acid solution into a highball glass. Stir to mix and then fill the glass with ice cubes. Stir briefly to chill and top with cold soda water. Garnish with a sprig of chocolate mint.
- * Warm 300ml of high quality clear apple juice in a saucepan with 150g of castor sugar. Stir the mixture to dissolve the sugar. Once it reaches boiling point take it off the heat immediately and add 6 sprigs of chocolate mint and the put a lid over the pan. Allow the mint to infuse into the syrup while it cools down. Next, strain through a fine sieve and bottle the syrup. Keep the syrup in the fridge.
