The Mitchell family were infamous for quietly serving women a sneaky tipple from a teacup in the 1800s. As a result, their cafe and cake shop was always a little busier than their Grafton Street counterparts.

This cocktail perfectly matches Green Spot with the flavour bursts of Jasmine and Rosehip.

The Grafton Wink

Ingredients

  • 50ml Green Spot
  • 80ml Jasmine tea *
  • 10ml Rosehip syrup
  • 2.5 mls of citric acid solution **

Instructions

  1. Stir over ice and serve straight up in a chilled coupe glass, garnish with
    rose petals.
  2. * Pour 150g of boiling water over 1.5 tablespoons of jasmine tea. Infuse
    for 5 mins and then top with 350g of cold water. Infuse for a further
    15-20mins and then strain. Place in the fridge to chill.
  3. ** dissolve 10g of citric acid in 100g of water
